KeymasterLooking at your screenshots above I just realized that I still need to put “Featured Questions” into columns.
So many details! (⊙_⊙)

KeymasterHi Steen,
I think Microsoft of still pushing out the Fall Creator’s Update. Not all countries and computers get the update at the same time. You may receive a notification to install it eventually. You can also update manually here.
You are the first person to mention the logo… but I thought someone would have said that a long time ago!
I plan on adding the option to choose between a logo / text in a future release, but maybe not for a while.

KeymasterHi Fujifilm,
Thank you for posting your screenshots.
It doesn’t look like you are using the latest version of Edge.
Unfortunately, the only way to obtain the latest Edge is to install the Windows 10 Fall Creator’s Update, also known as Windows 10 version 1709.
You can check to see what version of Windows 10 you are running by going to Settings > System > About.

If you are running an earlier version of Windows you can install the update through Windows Update.

It is also worth mentioning that I’ll have an update in the next few days to replace those horrible Open / View Ticket boxes on the Client landing page.In reply to: Locked ticket icon glitch
January 24, 2018 at 10:00 pm #704stevland
KeymasterThank you once again, @lafr, for posting a glitch and a solution. There really isn’t much more I can ask than this!
I use osTicket for my own business, of course, but I am a one-man operation. So that’s likely why I don’t run into locked tickets and I wouldn’t have noticed this. It seems to me that a) the ticket is locked when another Agent is editing it and b) there is no way to manually trigger a lock.
I’ll have to look into replacing that icon to match the theme. But let me ask you this…
Do you feel that an icon is enough? Would it be useful to have something extra (perhaps red or highlighted text) to make it obvious to the Agent that the ticket is locked? Or do you feel that it isn’t so important and it is better to not create too much of a distraction from the other tickets?

Keymaster@Jonathan Krake
Thank you for your post.
I have fixed this and it will be included in the next update.
BTW you should really consider updating to the latest version of osTicket Awesome… I have made A LOT of improvements since the first release!

KeymasterHi @lafr,
I originally added my “grey man” to replace an (in my opinion) unattractive kangaroo avatar that was used by osTicket core for a user with no avatar assigned.

I failed to realize that this broke the new Gravatar options, so thank you for bringing this to my attention and also for taking the time to offer a solution.
I will have to review why I did this in the first place and I will possibly take your advice and revert back to how osTicket core handles this in a future osTicket Awesome update.

KeymasterUpon further reflection, I came to realize that I’ve always been able to set a priority when I’m opening a ticket.
You have to set it up manually, which can be done here:
Admin panel > Manage > Forms > Ticket Details

KeymasterThat’s an excellent question, Mark. But as it pertains to osTicket’s core functionality, I think you’re more likely to get a good answer if you ask in osTicket’s forum.
(osTicket Awesome includes a mod that allows ticket priorities to the changed from the Open Tickets list, but the priorities functionality itself is a part of osTicket’s code).

KeymasterThanks for the post and the screenshot, but yes, the ‘missing’ icons are by design.
1989 called and said that it wanted its hideous little icons back. :O

KeymasterDid you have any modifications (a.k.a. “mods”) installed in your osTicket previous to osTicket Awesome?
If you would like me to have a look please send an email to info@osticket.shop with the login for a client account that has at least one open or closed ticket.
