Really happy with this release. A few suggestions:

For the staff interface, would like to see the ticket number on the floating sticky bar. Makes it easier to keep track of when responding lower in the thread.

On that same sticker bar, if there was an up arrow icon to bring the viewer back to the top of the page, that would also be really helpful.

Feedback:

In Google Chrome browser the fonts on the desktop CSS theme seem to overlap the open ticket and check status boxes.

Mobile interface seems to change font size from landscape to portrait orientation.
