[Resolved] HTTP Error 500 during install of osTicket 1.17 (Fresh Install)

      Hi @nerdynetworking,

      Double-check your ost-config.php for typos.C

      Check your PHP and Apache error logs for additional clues.

      Buenos dias, tengo el mismo problema, estoy actualizando de la version 1.14 a la 1.17.3 y despues de copiar el ost-config.php me tirar error HTTP 500.

      Nos podrian indicar a que se debe?

      Versión PHP
      7.0.33-0ubuntu0.16.04.7

      Versión MySQL
      5.7.28

      Software de Servidor Web
      Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu)

      Versión osTicket
      v1.14.1 (f1e9e88)
