      Hmmm I don’t know what could cause this.

      If you are still having trouble and would like me to look into it please create a temporary agent account (Admin Panel > Agents > Add New Agent) using info@osticket.shop. Be sure to give the account full administrative privileges.

      Did you get this sorted yet?

      Error 500 is very generic and tells us almost nothing. Pro tip: check your PHP, Apache and MySQL error logs for the real error message!
