[Support request] Change formatting of ticket in Open queue when new reaction is posted

      I am also interested in this feature. Is there a CSS change that can be made that allows new or updated tickets to be displayed in bold as with the original OSTicket theme?

      I’m really surprised not to find a response from admins here. I thought I was purchasing a supported theme.
