      What do you mean by OS Ticket Plus, is this the subscription: Cloud Hosted?

      If so you have to use the original version of OsTicket as you can’t change any files or themes included in Ticket Awesome.

      OSTicket team in Cloud Hosted only use the original version.

      No, your statement is wrong.
      There is an osticket plus editon for selfhosted please specify how we can use osticket awesome with it?
