      Hi Stevland,

           The task that I need to perform is to upgrade from osTicket-1.16.3-Awesome-101 to osTicket-1.17.4-Awesome-101.zip.

      • can I just replace the application source files with the target source files (i.e.osTicket-1.17.4-Awesome-101.zip) ?
      • are there any MySQL db scripts which needs to be updated ?

           Yes, I can just use the latest source and let it auto upgrade with success, thanks a lot !
